Summer Camp 2026

A nature-based summer where kids are outside for most of the day. Eight themed weeks, a water day every week, nature walks, and picnics. Enrollment is open.

Eight Weeks, Eight Themes

Every week has its own world

Each week is built around a core theme that runs through the crafts, the projects, and the outdoor activities. Sign up for one week or all eight.

  • Week 1 · June 22 – 26

    Animal Kingdom

    Habitats, tracks, and the creatures that live right outside our fence.

  • Week 2 · June 29 – July 2

    Water Fun Week

    Sprinklers, water tables, and every excuse to get soaked.

  • Week 3 · July 6 – 10

    Nature Explorers

    Trail walks, bug hunts, and collecting whatever the woods offer up.

  • Week 4 · July 13 – 17

    Mad Scientist (STEM)

    Experiments, building challenges, and gloriously messy reactions.

  • Week 5 · July 20 – 24

    Going Green / Trash to Treasure

    Recycling, upcycling, and turning junk into something worth keeping.

  • Week 6 · July 27 – 31

    Tiny Chefs

    Measuring, mixing, and eating what we make.

  • Week 7 · August 3 – 7

    Community Helpers

    The people who keep a town running, and visits to meet a few of them.

  • Week 8 · August 10 – 14

    Dress Up Week + Fashion Show

    Costumes all week, ending in a runway show for the families.

The Rhythm

What happens no matter the theme

  • 30 minutes of rest time

Before You Register

The fine print

  • Full-time attendance only — camp is booked by the week, not by the day.
  • Campers must be fully potty-trained.
  • A $100 non-refundable deposit and all forms are due at enrollment.
  • Payments are non-refundable within 2 weeks of a session's start date. There are no refunds for missed days due to changed work or vacation schedules, sick days, or other non-emergency reasons.
  • A late pick-up fee of $1.00 per minute applies after a 5-minute grace period.

Current Rising Stars students only need to complete the Summer Camp Registration form.

Campers from our 2024 summer do not need to submit a new Virginia Health Form.
