Tour the school
See the rooms, meet the teachers, and ask everything. Tours are by appointment, Monday through Friday.
Send your inquiry
Fill out the form below with your child's age and the schedule you need. We confirm availability within one business day.
Complete the forms
Registration form, health form, and permission slips. All downloadable below, or we can hand you paper copies.
Secure the spot
The $600 enrollment fee plus the enrollment form holds your child's place. Pay by Zelle to info@risingstarsdayschool.com.

Year-round · Full day 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM · Half day 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM

One-time, per child. Your child's spot is held once we receive both the enrollment fee and the enrollment form.

Childcare subsidy
We are an approved vendor
If you receive childcare assistance through Fairfax County or the Commonwealth of Virginia, we accept it. Tell us on the form below and we will walk you through exactly what to submit.

Download, complete, and email them back to us — or ask for paper copies at your tour.

- School Entrance Health FormRequiredCompleted and signed by your child's physician.
- Walking Permission SlipRequiredPermission for neighborhood walks and outdoor exploration.
- Authorization for Over-the-Counter Skin ProductsRequiredCovers sunscreen, diaper cream, and insect repellent.
- Medication AuthorizationOnly if your child needs medication during the day. For anything lasting more than ten working days, your physician signs Section B.
- Parent Handbook 2026–2027Policies, daily routines, and everything else worth reading before day one.
- Price Sheet 2026–2027The official tuition document, same figures shown above.
