What to expect
Inside our Pre-K room
Our Pre-K year focuses on the skills that help children thrive in kindergarten: following multi-step directions, completing tasks, writing their name, participating in group discussions, and becoming confident, independent learners. We prepare children for kindergarten while keeping learning fun, hands-on, and age-appropriate.
Kindergarten readiness that lasts
Focus, independence, and following multi-step directions — along with the confidence to try, solve problems, and keep going when something feels challenging.
Writing, reading, and math
Name and letter writing, letter sounds, sight words, counting, simple addition, patterns, and measurement — building the early academic skills they’ll use in kindergarten.
A voice in the group
Presenting their work, asking questions, sharing ideas, and disagreeing respectfully. Confidence is a kindergarten skill too.
